Role Definition:

 

Experienced with validation of Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety systems and other products and services in drug safety domain. Well versed with validation planning including but not limited to requirement analysis, risk assessment, test strategy, authoring and execution of test scripts and preparing summary reports.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Validation expertise on Argus Safety, ArisG or other drug safety systems

  • Authoring Validation Plan, Traceability Matrix and Validation Summary Reports

The primary responsibility for the role is to provide technical support our global customers in drug safety. You will be part of an expert team of  

Professionals in technologies HALOPV, as well as Argus Safety and ARISg.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide 1st level and, where expertise is adequate, 2nd level support, based on ITIL Service Management methodology

  • Manage services are delivered in compliance with the service levels agreed with the client and that incidents and problems are handled according to the internal processes and participate in production of customer service compliance reports

  • Participate or lead periodic customer service delivery meetings

  • Participate as technical team member in Project delivery teams and Product Development teams, as per expertise

  • Participate in creating customer training / user guide materials

 

Essentials:
