HALOPV 2.3 ready Autumn 2020

HALOPV 2.3 is almost ready and will be released in the Autumn. It is an exciting release including new ArisG E2b(R3)+ interface in addition to the existing Argus interface, Onedrive / Sharepoint and ESG (gateway) integration and plenty of new screens and controls.
